OverviewAuric is a fast-growing US-based gym technology and electronic payments company. We help gym owners significantly reduce credit card fees while simplifying operations through modern software and payment solutions.We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative (Level 1) to support our customer acquisition efforts and grow into a Sales Manager role as the company scales.This is a phone-first sales role focused on qualifying, converting, and closing opportunities with US-based gym owners.What You’ll DoConvert inbound leads into new customersConduct targeted outbound outreach via phone and emailQualify prospects and understand business needsClose sales or coordinate handoffs to senior closers when appropriateMaintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot / Salesforce)Hit daily and weekly activity and revenue targetsWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of inside sales or BDR experienceNear-native English fluency with a neutral accent (required for phone sales)Experience selling to US-based businessesComfortable making high-volume calls dailyAbility to work US Eastern or Central business hoursFamiliarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, and Google WorkspaceReliable 50+ Mbps internet connection and professional VOIP setupSelf-motivated, coachable, and goal-drivenBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.Compensation & Growth$40,000 – $60,000 USD OTE (base + uncapped commission + bonuses)No commission capWeekly and daily performance incentivesNon-sales cash bonuses for activity milestonesStructured training with a dedicated Sales ManagerClear path to Senior Sales and Sales ManagementFlexible schedule and remote work environmentAt Auric, we hire based on merit, performance, and potential.
