Every line of code, every product release, and every conversation with our customers brings us closer to ensuring no patient’s treatment quality depends on where they live.Why This Role MattersThe Director of Operations is a senior Revenue Operations leader responsible for building, leading, and scaling Radformation’s RevOps function. This role owns the systems, processes, and data that support how we sell, contract, and bill customers, ensuring our go-to-market teams operate efficiently with trusted data as the company scales. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and IT to align systems and processes that enable sustainable growth and support Radformation’s mission to bring high-quality cancer care to more patients.Responsibilities IncludeLead, manage, and develop a team of Revenue Operations professionals, including Sales Operations, RevOps Engineering, and Salesforce AdministrationLead and integrate Sales Operations, RevOps Engineering, and Salesforce Administration into a unified Revenue Operations functionOwn and continuously improve the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process across Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, HubSpot, Gong, Ramp, and related GTM toolsServe as the subject matter expert for GTM systems and data infrastructure, ensuring scalability, automation, and data integrityPublish dashboards and insights as the source of truth for GTM data, enabling executive, board, and departmental decision-makingOversee Deal Desk policies including pricing, discounting, approvals, and compliance with contracting standardsPartner with Sales leadership to support forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, territory design, and compensation alignmentEstablish and track KPIs across Q2C, sales operations, and GTM systems, identifying trends and addressing operational bottlenecksCollaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and IT to ensure smooth data flow and aligned processesRequired ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, a technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience8–10 years of progressive experience in SaaS operations, revenue operations, or business operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership roleProven experience managing and scaling a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations team in a B2B SaaS environmentStrong technical background with Salesforce administration and development, NetSuite, and GTM systems integrationsProven track record of building scalable processes in high-growth B2B SaaS environmentsAdvanced experience with Excel or Google Sheets, Salesforce reporting, and BI/dashboarding toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across departmentsPreferred ExperienceExperience at an enterprise SaaS company in the $50M–$100M ARR rangePrior ownership of Salesforce CPQ or custom quoting solutionsExposure to finance and accounting processes including revenue recognition, billing, and complianceExperience managing distributed or hybrid teamsFamiliarity with Radiation Oncology or healthcare SaaS environmentsAI & Hiring IntegrityAt Radformation, we believe AI can be an incredible tool for innovation, but our hiring process is all about getting to know you, your skills, experience, and unique approach to problem solving.
