We help category disruptors scale paid social through a short-form, content-led approach. Our in-house creative team produces thousands of human-first ads every month, all designed to drive efficient and scalable growth.THE ROLEAs a Video Editor, you’ll be responsible for turning raw footage, creator content, and scripts into high-performing short-form ads for paid social. You’ll work closely with creative strategists, producers, and media buyers to build scroll-stopping, conversion-focused videos. This role is ideal for someone who understands pacing, hooks, retention curves, and how to edit for performance. You’ll be producing at high volume, iterating quickly based on performance data, and directly influencing account scale through your edits.RESPONSIBILITIESEdit short-form paid social ads (UGC, podcast ads, product demos, street interviews, etc.)Produce multiple variations per concept (different hooks, pacing, overlays, CTAs)Optimize videos for platform specs (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)Iterate on edits based on retention data, CPA, and performance feedbackCollaborate with creative strategists to refine messaging and structureOrganize and manage project files for scalable production workflowsStay current on short-form trends, editing styles, and paid social best practicesREQUIREMENTS2–5 years of video editing experience (agency experience is highly preferred)Strong portfolio showcasing short-form paid social adsProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or capcut (required)Experience with After Effects for motion graphics (preferred)Deep understanding of pacing, retention mechanics, and conversion-focused editingAbility to edit quickly without sacrificing clarity or qualityStrong organizational skills and attention to detail(Must) Experience editing ads for DTC, mobile apps, or SaaS(Must) Familiarity with Meta and TikTok ad formats, ratios, and specsBENEFITSFull-time, remote roleCompetitive compensation based on experience (12k-36k/yr)Performance-based bonusAnnual team offsites (previous trips include Tulum, Mexico and Hokkaido, Japan)
