About Us: - Noble Nutrition is a premium online health optimization coaching business for men 30-50 dealing with low energy, hormonal decline, and body composition issues. - We offer physician-supervised protocols, custom nutrition and training, and 1-on-1 coaching at price points ranging from $1,500 to $4,997. The Role: - We need a setter who knows the fitness and health coaching space inside and out. - We are running paid Meta follower ads generating 100-150 new followers per day on Instagram. - Your job is to own the DM pipeline, engage leads, qualify them, and fill the calendar with sales-ready calls. What You Will Be Doing: - Working our Instagram DM pipeline daily including new followers, inbound leads, and re-engages. - Qualifying prospects and booking sales calls. - A script will be provided, but you are expected to use your experience and judgment to do what needs to be done to get the booking. - Managing follow-up sequences to keep leads warm and move them to a booking. - Tracking and reporting KPIs: new leads, conversations started, calls pitched, calls booked. Requirements: - Proven setting experience in the fitness or health coaching space specifically. This is not optional. - Experience with high-ticket offers ($1,500+). - Must provide verifiable references or recommendations from fitness/health coaches you have set for. - Must be able to show documented booking metrics (booking rate, volume handled, show rate). - You know how to read prospects, handle resistance, and get the booking without being told how. - Reliable and communicative. - I am paying a great salary for this position, so I expect your skill, experience, and performance to match the pay. Compensation: - $800-1000 USD (potentially higher, negotiable based on experience) + 3% commission on every closed sale. - Commission scales up to 5% after 90 days. - At our volume and price points, top setters can earn $1,500 to $3,500+/month.
