Requirements and responsibilities
VP of Operations to raise us. We need an analytical operator/self-starter/builder. An organized tinkerer that can build and scale systems across finance, people/talent, and business ops as we grow from $10M to $20M+ ARR over the next 12–18 months. Reports directly into the COO. Fully remote, with in-person hangout in New York if convenient.
