Position SummaryThe Senior Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the enterprise-level accounts of the company. This role involves building and managing relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business objectives, and effectively selling the company's services to meet their needs. The Senior Enterprise Account Executive acts as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering strategic solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise accounts.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, providing product information, and delivering exceptional customer service.Identify and target enterprise-level accounts within a specific industry or market segment.Prospect for new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of potential clients.Conduct in-depth research and analysis of target accounts to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points.Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to close deals and achieve sales targets.Present and demonstrate the company's products or services to key stakeholders, highlighting their value and competitive advantages.Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales support, product development) to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction.Minimum Education & Experience QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).5-8+ years of experience preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to understand complex customer requirements and propose strategic solutions.Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with senior-level executives.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales software tools.In-depth knowledge of the industry or market segment relevant to the company's products or services is highly desirable.Core Competencies RequiredKnowledge and Application: Exhibits advanced wide-ranging experience, using in-depth professional knowledge, acumen, concepts and company objectives to develop, resolve complex models and procedures. Work is reviewed upon completion and is consistent with departmental objectives.Collaboration & Interaction: Networks with key contacts outside their own area of expertise. Adapts style and uses persuasion in delivering messages that relate to the wider firm business. Frequently advises others on complex matters.
