Requirements and responsibilities

5+ years of front-end development experience, with significant experience in Angular and TypeScript. Proven expertise in implementing accessible, ADA-compliant web interfaces. Strong understanding of semantic HTML, ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, and focus management. Hands-on experience with accessibility testing tools such as axe-core, WAVE, NVDA, and JAWS. Ability to identify, document, and remediate accessibility issues. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive attitude. Experience working with or contributing to design systems with built-in accessibility. Experience leading accessibility initiatives or participating in accessibility-focused groups. CPACC or other accessibility-related certification is a plus.
