The role will require the ability to organize large amounts of content and other assets, including images and documents, and upload them in an orderly fashion. When loading content, the role will also need to use the latest web trends and have knowledge of how content affects Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The role is then responsible for the review of the websites and apps to ensure that a quality product is being delivered prior to launch. The role is responsible for documenting issues found during the quality check process and communicating back to the necessary team members to adjust and fix anything they find. This role is pivotal in the delivery of our top-of-the-line product and is an important part of our company’s product implementation process.RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:Manage client provided content and apply to the website in a clean, consistent methodAbility to crop and resize imagery to fit into approved design layout and match imagery to the appropriate areas of the websiteManage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines are metTroubleshoot and root-cause website and app design related issuesEmploy and educate clients on best practices for web content & SEOReview requirements, specifications and graphical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedbackConduct quality assurance checks of newly built websites, clearly documenting any issues found throughout and communicating them back to the appropriate team.Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and project managers) to identify client requirementsStay up to date with new testing tools and test strategiesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 1 year relevant experienceProficiency with CSS and HTML KnowledgeProficient skill using computers, tablets and mobile devicesStrong knowledge of software or website QA methodologies, tools and processesExperience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test casesAttention to detail and ability to work through large scale project consistentlyPositive attitude and a willingness to learn and growPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies and best practicesGeneral understanding of Google AnalyticsProven work experience in software or website product quality assuranceProficiency with Photoshop and other Adobe ProductsFamiliar with Bootstrap framework and Mobile-first design and development approachExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus4 Year College Degree preferredClubessential Holdings is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
