Coretek is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Sr. Project Manager to support our clients across multiple verticals. The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting delivery quality and oversight for critically important internal and customer-facing projects. The successful candidate will either work from the Coretek Office, remotely or on client site based on customer requirements. Up to 10% of travel is required.To support our mission of “Customer Success, No Exceptions” Project Managers are an integral and vital part of achieving our Mission.The successful applicant will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset, work with a motivated and innovative team, engage with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and leading edge solutions to build capabilities to serve our clients.This role will be in support of Coretek's AI & Data consulting team, experience managing projects that leverage AI platforms to implement solutions is preferredJob ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Manager, you will:Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetEnsure resource availability and allocation for both customer/external and Coretek resourcesHold customer, external, and Coretek resources accountable to their projects commitments and escalate to Customer and Coretek management as needed when project success is at riskDevelop detailed project plans to monitor and track financial and schedule progress by project phaseManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationProvide the appropriate level of Executive and Project Team level Status ReportingTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsDevelop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff membersDevelop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needsUse and continually develop leadership skillsPerform other related duties as assignedRequirementsBachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience5-7 years’ experience in Project ManagementProven working experience in project managementExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project, Smartsheet or similar project management toolsDeveloping and Tracking Project FinancialsDemonstrate use of AI technology to provide efficiency in project managementProcess ImprovementPerformance ManagementProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly recommendedExperience managing projects via Agile and/or Waterfall methodologiesScrum Master (CSM) certified is a plusMicrosoft AI900/901 certification is a plusExperience managing Infrastructure Projects, especially Azure is a plus
