Pyrotek is looking for an HR Benefits & Leave Partner to join our team!This remote-based HR opportunity puts your expertise front and center, with responsibility for:U.S. benefits administrationFMLA, STD & LTD leave programsACA, COBRA, HIPAA & ERISA complianceBenefits strategy, employee education & communicationsSelf-insured medical plan analysis & cost managementHR partnership, compliance and employee experienceWe're looking for an experienced HR professional with 5+ years of HR experience and a strong background in benefits and leave administration.
