As a Freelance Recruitment Partner, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients across various industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.Understand client hiring requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, job portals.Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, cultural fit, and experience.Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.Negotiate salary expectations and facilitate offer discussions.Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.Meet hiring deadlines while maintaining quality submissions.Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.Ensure confidentiality of candidate and client information.Collaborate with internal teams to achieve recruitment targets.Required Skills2.5–5 years of recruitment experience (Agency/Consultancy/RPO/Freelance).Strong expertise in IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, BFSI, Healthcare, or other domains.Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Search, and social media.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in candidate screening and interview coordination.Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment tools.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience working as a freelance recruiter.Existing candidate database and professional network.Experience hiring for mid-level and senior-level positions.Immediate availability is preferred.What We OfferFlexible working hours100% Remote opportunityPerformance-based earningsOpportunity to work with multiple clients and industriesLong-term collaboration for consistent hiring projectsProfessional growth and networking opportunities
