Hire VA Staff is hiring "Digital Producer & Email Designer (Klaviyo)" on a remote basis.Requirements2 to 4 years of experience in digital production, email design, retention marketing.Strong hands-on experience in Klaviyo, with the ability to build and manage both campaigns and automated flows.Strong design skills in Figma, with the ability to create polished, on-brand email creative.Ideally a Klaviyo email expert who understands platform best practices, modular builds, lifecycle execution, and efficient production workflows.Ability to work across both design and execution, with design being the more important core strength.Comfortable making edits and adjustments directly inside Klaviyo.Strong attention to detail, especially in layout, mobile responsiveness, QA, and brand consistency.Familiarity with AI tools and a clear interest in modern AI-enabled workflows.Experience: 2 - 4 yearsLocation: Remote
