Responsibilities
Data Engineering and Development:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Snowflake-based solutions.
- Design and deliver scalable end-to-end ETL and data-processing solutions.
- Develop data-processing and automation solutions using Python and SQL Server.
Maintenance and Support:
- Support, maintain, and enhance existing data platforms and production applications.
- Monitor production environments and troubleshoot complex performance and data-related issues.
- Support the maintenance, upgrades, and integration of Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS).
Collaboration and Project Management:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Coordinate deliverables between onsite and offshore teams.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and perform Scrum Master responsibilities when required.
- Manage deliverables across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall environments.
Innovation and Documentation:
- Contribute to Generative AI and AI-driven data initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation and communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
