You’re willing to dig into client work while improving processes at scale.RESPONSIBILITIESClient Delivery OperationsAssemble and upload finalized tax packets, cover letters, and compliance documentsTrack submissions, maintain organized deliverables, and follow QA stepsSupport entity workflows (state registrations/dissolutions)Client Service OperationsRequest client documents and triage questions to the right teamCoordinate onboarding steps, meetings, and follow-upsProcess ImprovementCreate templates, checklists, and documentationIdentify workflow bottlenecks and suggest improvementsSupport ticketing/customer support tools and work with engineering to enhance client systemsRequirements3–5 years in CX, operations, account management, or white-glove customer support (U.S. clients/startups preferred)1+ year in accounting, finance, banking, or tax prep (or supporting these industries)Strong English proficiency (C2+), excellent writingSelf-starter, process-oriented, detail-focused, and highly organizedComfortable with ambiguity, independent, proactiveProficient in Google Sheets/Excel, Slack, task boards, AI tools; experience with ticketing systems (Pylon preferred)Bachelor’s degree (preferably with honors)PreferredU.S. startup experienceAccounting, CPA, bookkeeping, or tax prep backgroundTrack record of exceeding CSAT, SLA, or QA targetsBenefitsWork From HomeTraining & Development
