Purpose of JobThis position will be pivotal in supporting the organization's staffing and consultant operations by managing resource requests and aligning talent with project requirements. Reporting to the Director of Staffing & Operations, the Staffing Specialist coordinates resource assignments by balancing professional skills and goals with project requirements and timelines. Additionally, this individual will support consultant operations, helping manage day-to-day activities beyond staffing assignments.You'll Own & DeliverPartner with Managers and Partners to strategically staff client projects with the right talent mixDevelop deep understanding of consultants' skills, experiences, and career aspirations to facilitate meaningful project assignmentsMaintain and monitor resource management system accuracy, reconciling planned allocations against actuals to minimize revenue leakageCurate an up-to-date skills database by ensuring consultants regularly refresh their profiles and collaborate with the Staffing Manager to identify workforce skill gapsMonitor timesheet compliance to support accurate KPI reporting and billingSupport the US campus and experience new hire onboarding and resource integrationMaintain comprehensive oversight of project health and resource utilization through timely reportingProactively find issues or gaps in our staffing and resource plans and bring to the attention of senior leadersBuild reports and develop ad-hoc analyses to answer dynamic staffing and business questionsTranslate complex metrics into actionable insights for leadership decision-making and stakeholder communicationsCreate a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages innovationPerform additional duties as required to support client needs and internal team requestsYou'll BringBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required2+ years of experience in consulting, resource management, or operations within professional services or management consulting environmentsExceptional analytical skills with proven ability to derive insights from complex data sets and translate them into actionable recommendationsAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas) and strong capability with PowerPoint, Word, and other business intelligence toolsAble to incorporate new tools such as AI and AI Agents, and use them in innovative ways to help gain insights and solve problemsDemonstrated excellence in balancing multiple competing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality resultsSuperior relationship-building abilities with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder managementOutstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiencesProven project management expertise with experience coordinating resources and timelines effectivelyAdaptable problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and approaches challenges with creativity and resourcefulnessStrong business ethics with the discretion to handle confidential information appropriatelySelf-motivated professional who takes the initiative, works independently, and demonstrates leadership when neededAt Beghou, you'll join a highly collaborative, values-driven team where technical excellence, analytical rigor, and personal growth converge.
