The ideal candidate will provide mental health tele-consultations to members.Details:Work Setup: Teleconsultation (Remote)Company Location: Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City (for reference only; role is fully remote)Schedule: Monday to Friday (preferably 2PM - 7PM)Rate: PHP 600/hour Note: Rates will vary depending on experience and certificationsContract Term: 1-year engagement (open to negotiations)Key Responsibilities:Provide confidential virtual consultations and mental health assessments for members.Deliver brief interventions or first-line support for stress, anxiety, and other common psychological concerns.Refer cases requiring specialized psychiatric care or long-term therapy to appropriate professionals.Collaborate with the company on digital wellness initiatives, including virtual mental health programs and campaigns.Maintain accurate and secure electronic health records in line with privacy and ethical standards.Qualifications:Minimum of Master's in Psychology or Counselling or PRC licensed medical doctor with training in mental health and counselingFor Psychologists or Counselors: Active and valid registration with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as RPsy/RGCPrior experience with telemedicine or digital consultationsExcellent communication, empathy, and clinical judgmentPassion for promoting mental health and leveraging technology for accessible careJoin our team as we revolutionalize healthcare in the Philippines—and beyond!✨ Day 1 benefits for full-time employees – because we practice what we preach!
