We are looking for a high-performing Bilingual Senior TA Partner to support our fast-paced Data & Analytics (AI2) portfolio and core corporate functions for a top Canadian financial institution!In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end talent strategies for complex, high-impact mandates across Canada, consulting directly with senior business leaders.Key Role DetailsRole: Senior RecruiterLocation: Remote (Toronto, Ottawa, or Montreal hubs)Duration: 18-Month Contract (Strong potential for extension or permanent conversion)Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesPartner directly with senior leaders (up to Level 11) to deliver market insights, talent mapping, and strategic advisory.Manage full-cycle recruitment for ~30 dynamic requisitions across technical and corporate functions.Partner with sourcing teams while headhunting top passive talent.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience aligned with enterprise standards.What We’re Looking ForBilingualism: Fully fluent in French & English (written and verbal), able to manage a heavy Quebec portfolio (~75% workload).Experience: 5–7 years of full-cycle, in-house corporate recruiting within a large enterprise environment.Agency Background: Prior agency experience showing speed, tenacity, and active sourcing skills.Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma (HR or related field preferred).Nice-to-Haves: Experience recruiting for Data/Analytics or Actuarial roles, plus familiarity with Workday and MS Power Suite tools.📩 Ready to elevate your TA career?
