WE'RE HIRING: Construction Virtual Assistant (CVA) Refined VA is looking for a Construction Virtual Assistant (CVA) to support U.S.-based residential remodeling and construction companies. You'll help with construction admin, project coordination, JobTread management, and client/vendor communication — keeping projects organized and moving forward. What You'll Do: - Manage construction and project administration tasks - Update and maintain projects in JobTread - Assist with estimates, budgets, documents, and change orders - Track tasks, schedules, materials, and follow-ups - Communicate with homeowners, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams - Support project managers and business owners - Flag missing info and potential issues before they become problems - Follow and help improve construction workflows and SOPs - Use AI and tech tools to work smarter What We're Looking For: - 2+ years of construction admin or project coordination experience (preferred) - Experience with U.S.-based residential construction or remodeling - Knowledge of residential construction terminology and workflows - JobTread experience highly preferred - Bonus if you've used Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, - -CompanyCam, or similar platforms - Strong English communication skills - Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated - Comfortable learning new tools and working with AI Why Join Refined VA?
