In this remote role, you'll inspect, analyze, and label data to support continuous improvement and compliance with established quality standards.Tasks:Review, evaluate, and accurately label audio recordings and data files using designated QC tools.Inspect and classify data to determine quality, accuracy, and compliance with guidelines.Identify data anomalies, quality issues, and irregularities, and document findings precisely.Collaborate with team leads to escalate observations and support process improvement.Apply professional judgment to make independent risk determinations under defined time constraints.
