Requirements and responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation of services within the ProVal ecosystem • Manage the ProVal PSA for reporting, scheduling, and workflow optimization • Responds to inquiries in a timely manner and work to resolve any issues while acting as a single point of contact • Monitor and assist with problem resolution during projects, on boarding, and service calls • Quantitative analysis of the tickets/time logged through gauges and provide information to stakeholders on thresholds with recommendations for improvement.
