Requirements and responsibilities


• Arm Sales to Win: You’ll build strong relationships with sales leaders and reps and be the eyes and ears of product marketing to understand and prioritize the needed sales materials and tools, and work with the rest of the product marketing team to manage, develop, and ensure timely delivery. • Master Market Knowledge: You’ll be the go-to person for sales, responsible for gathering, analyzing and disseminating timely market information on competitive products and the market (analyst reports, new data findings). This will also include running surveys, mining knowledge from opportunities (win/loss) and working with customers to provide feedback, insights to sales, product team and company executives. • Increase Sales Efficiency: You’ll be responsible for organizing and managing the content management and learning management systems. Working cross functionally with sales, marketing, product, services and support you’ll ensure that the right training content is developed and aligned with sales leadership needs, and that the company’s content is consolidated and organized to provide fast, efficient access. • Performance driven: You’ll know how to set down benchmarking metrics for success and navigate Salesforce to assess pipeline conversion metrics, helping the organization better optimize training, content and tools to decrease new rep ramp-time and improve sales conversion rates.
