Requirements and responsibilities

• Lead our end-to-end credentialing program • Develop true subject matter expertise in credentialing ~ credentialing is a regulated part of our business with significant oversight, policy documentation, and accreditation responsibilities • Lead a first-class. metrics-driven credentialing operation ~ this includes working queues daily, unblocking complex cases, and achieving best-in-class turnaround times • Lead and implement our vendor and technology strategy. • Lead our delegated credentialing program, including program development, monitoring, and audits. • Partner with internal and external stakeholders. This includes internal leadership, our providers, vendors, and offshore resources. • Start off as an individual contributor; be ready to scale a team.
