We are hiring for an architectural design firm specializing in hospitality, commercial, retail, and multi-residential interiors, seeking for an experienced Interior Design Drafter to join their team full-time.This is a drafting and documentation role and does not require a licensed architect or engineer. The primary focus is converting completed SketchUp designs into accurate, coordinated Revit and AutoCAD drawing sets.ResponsibilitiesConvert completed SketchUp design models into Revit and AutoCAD documentation.Produce complete interior drawing sets, including:Existing and demolition plansProposed floor plansReflected ceiling plansLighting plansElectrical and plumbing coordination plansInterior elevationsFinish plans and schedulesSignage plansFurniture plansMaintain accuracy and consistency throughout the full drawing set.Incorporate revisions efficiently.Coordinate drawings with designers, project managers, architects, and engineers.Deliver organized, easy-to-navigate documentation on schedule.Requirements3+ years of professional experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.Strong experience producing complete interior design documentation/construction drawing sets.Ability to accurately interpret completed 3D SketchUp models and translate them into detailed 2D documentation.Strong understanding of interior plans, elevations, RCPs, finishes, and coordination drawings.Excellent attention to detail and drawing organization.Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.Strong written and spoken English.Available full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time.
