Headway is on a mission to improve access to mental healthcare by automating administrative tasks related to insurance and providing a platform for therapists and patients.The Senior Fullstack Software Engineer will have end-to-end ownership of building user-friendly systems that enhance clinical data management, therapist practice management, patient experiences, and onboarding processes.Requirements:Proficient in TypeScript, Python 3, React, Remix, Next.js, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Postgres, Redis, and AWS.Experience in building APIs and user interfaces, with a focus on both backend logic and frontend state management.Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in ambiguous situations, and a passion for improving mental healthcare access.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with a focus on mentoring and sharing knowledge.Benefits:Competitive salary range of $182,750 - $278,500 plus equity package.Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, 401(k), and 16-week parental leave.Professional development budget and therapy reimbursement to support employee well-being.Generous time off policy with 13 holidays, a full week off in December, and flexible PTO.
