Allied Health Media is looking for an Operations Manager to become the bridge between strategy and execution.This is a hands-on role for someone who can build the systems behind a growing company, not just manage a task list.What you’ll be responsible for:Owning the internal command centre across projects, tasks, dashboards, forms and SOPs.Building practical automations and workflows using tools such as Make, Zapier, n8n, GHL and AI toolsTurning messy processes into clear systems, reporting and repeatable executionManaging backend operations with clear KPIs, regular 1:1s and weekly cadencesTracking team performance, following up on blockers and escalating important issues quicklyCreating role-specific onboarding, boot camps and pass/fail assessments for new hiresMaintaining the SOP library and making sure processes are actually followedShipping at least one meaningful internal operations improvement every weekThe right person will:Have 3+ years of experience in operations, an agency, lead generation, coaching, a startup or a similarly fast-moving environmentHave personally built dashboards, project-management systems, automations or SOPs, not only delegated themBe comfortable managing people against clear outcomes and KPIsWork independently, make sensible decisions and keep the wider team movingCommunicate clearly, respond to blockers quickly and escalate critical issues within 30 minutesBe able to turn a new hire’s first week into a structured path to productivityThis is a full-time, fully remote role with real ownership and room to grow as the company grows.If you are an operator who enjoys building order, accountability and momentum, send your CV and a short note about the systems you have built to [your email] or message me directly.Please include examples of dashboards, automations, SOPs or onboarding systems you have personally created.
