Responsibilities

🎨 We're building a pool of visual design consultants at Scope Impact. At Scope Impact, we design climate-resilient, community-based health solutions across Finland, India, Kenya, and Uganda — and every one of them depends on strong visual storytelling to actually reach the people who need it. Rather than filling one full-time seat, we're building an ongoing pool of trusted freelance visual designers we can bring in project by project — from quick one-day asks to multi-week builds, all remote. We'd love to hear from you if you work in one or more of: 🖌️ Graphic design & illustration 📱 Social media & campaign assets 🎬 Video & motion design 💻 UX/UI & digital product design What matters most to us: a strong portfolio, the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals, and genuine alignment with our mission — protecting health in a rapidly changing climate.
