Here, you will make an impact by:How you will make an impactLead Performance Advisory team and own the Performance Advisory Services P&L including revenue recognition and all client deliverablesSupport sales, marketing, contracting, and pricing initiatives to drive growth in Performance Advisory ServicesDrive innovation for new and existing consulting services to expand and differentiate Performance Advisory Services in the market to enable growth of 5%+ annuallyIdentify, collaborate, and determine appropriateness, timing, and roadmap priorities for technology to support delivery of Performance Advisory ServicesEstablish a culture of continuous learning and improvement that develops Performance Advisor capabilities, strengthens coaching excellence, and increases organizational effectivenessParticipating in corporate programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance with professional, quality, and security standards, as well as corporate policies and procedures, while upholding Solventum's values and code of conduct.Your Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university and 10 years of combined experience in healthcare consulting services focused on revenue cycle management, clinical document improvement or denials managementOR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of 14 years of combined experience in healthcare consulting services focused on revenue cycle management, clinical document improvement or denials managementANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Seven (7) years of people leadership experience managing distributed teamsFive (5) years of combined direct P&L responsibility healthcare consulting services focused on revenue cycle management, clinical document improvement or denials managementAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master's degree in Health Information Management, Health Administration, Public Health, or Healthcare Data Analytics from an accredited institutionFive (5+) years of combined experience working with healthcare providers, health systems, health plans, or payer organizations in revenue cycle management, clinical documentation integrity, coding, reimbursement, denials management, or healthcare analyticsProven success leading cross-functional teams, influencing executive stakeholders, and driving large-scale transformation initiatives > $1M that improve revenue capture accuracy, enhance financial performance, and improve quality reportingProven history of managing data analytics and fielding client questions associated with revenue projection, return on investment, benchmarking/norm settingCurrent or prior RN, RHIA, or RHIT credential, or equivalent healthcare clinical, coding, documentation integrity, or health information management experienceExcellent verbal, written, presentation, analytical and organizational skillsStrong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointWork location:RemoteTravel: May include up to 15% domesticRelocation Assistance: Is not authorizedSupporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
