Summary About us We're a fast-growing marketing agency that helps contractors (roofing, remodeling, painting, landscaping, and similar trades) grow through paid advertising and AI-powered lead systems. We're scaling quickly and need a dedicated appointment setter to handle the incoming leads for our contractor clients. 🚀 What you'll be doing Contacting new leads for our clients within minutes, by phone and SMS Qualifying homeowners and booking estimates and appointments on our clients' calendars Confirming appointments and following up to make sure leads show up Re-engaging leads who didn't answer, didn't book, or no-showed Keeping every lead's status, notes, and outcome updated in our CRM (GoHighLevel) Tracking your daily numbers and reporting them to the team You'll work a set group of client accounts, so you get to know each business, its services, and its service area. 📊 How success is measured Speed to lead (goal: under 5 minutes) Contact rate Booking rate Show rate Appointments booked per client per week ✅ Requirements Fluent in English (spoken and written). You'll talk with US homeowners all day Spanish to coordinate with our internal team Previous experience in appointment setting, call center, inside sales, or customer service Comfortable making high volumes of calls and handling objections Experience with GoHighLevel or another CRM (GoHighLevel preferred) Organized and consistent with follow-ups and CRM notes Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a good headset Full-time, Monday–Friday availability required. Saturday availability is a plus and is reflected in pay 💰 What we offer 100% remote Base salary + Performance bonuses once the role has been mastered Scripts, SOPs, and hands-on training Room to grow into a Lead Setter or Setter Team Manager role as the team expands 🧨 This role is NOT for you if...
