Job Title: Claims Coordinator / Public Adjuster Assistant Location: 100% Remote | Open to LATAM talent About the Role VAS Global is looking for a proactive and organized Claims Coordinator / Public Adjuster Assistant to support the management of property insurance claims from opening through resolution. What You Will Do Manage insurance claims from opening to resolution Coordinate clients, carriers, and other parties Prepare contracts and claim documentation Coordinate inspections, re-inspections, and mediations Follow up on claims and update clients Maintain accurate claim records and CRM systems What We Are Looking For Excellent organization and follow-up skills Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple claims Experience with CRM systems C1-C2 level English (required) Previous experience in insurance claims, property insurance, mitigation, or Public Adjusting is preferred
