Responsibilities

Role: Senior Specialist, Recruitment Marketing Specialist Location: 100% Remote Duration: 3 – 6 months (Possible Extension) Job description Recruitment Marketing Specialist, Paid Media Job Summary: The Recruitment Marketing Specialist supports candidate acquisition through the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns. This role independently manages digital, paid social, programmatic, search, and recruitment advertising campaigns within established strategies and approved budgets. The Specialist also supports employer brand and branded content initiatives by helping develop campaign concepts, coordinating creative production, reviewing candidate-facing materials, and maintaining brand consistency. Additional responsibilities include performance reporting, budget tracking, vendor coordination, campaign documentation, quality assurance, and other recruitment marketing administration. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital, paid social, paid search, programmatic, audio, video, and recruitment advertising platforms. • Translate approved recruitment strategies and hiring goals into campaign targeting, budgets, timelines, tracking requirements, and channel-level execution. • Monitor campaign delivery, budget pacing, applicant volume, conversion rates, candidate quality, and cost efficiency. • Analyze campaign and candidate-funnel performance and recommend adjustments to targeting, creative, messaging, channel mix, and budget allocation. • Coordinate campaign trafficking, audience setup, creative specifications, tracking links, quality assurance, and launch readiness. • Create recurring and ad hoc reports that summarize campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations. • Partner with employer brand and creative teams to develop campaign concepts and branded content that support hiring priorities and candidate engagement. • Draft, review, and adapt candidate-facing copy and creative assets for paid media, social media, landing pages, hiring events, email campaigns, and other recruitment marketing channels. • Coordinate creative requests, specifications, approvals, and delivery timelines while ensuring materials are accurate and consistent with brand standards. • Collaborate with recruitment teams, project stakeholders, analytics partners, creative teams, and external vendors to support candidate attraction goals. • Maintain campaign documentation, budget trackers, invoices, vendor records, performance reports, and reconciliation materials. • Support recruitment marketing intake, campaign setup, reporting schedules, quality assurance, and other administrative processes. • Identify opportunities to improve campaign execution, reporting, budget tracking, creative coordination, and recruitment marketing workflows. • Provide campaign guidance, documentation, and training to internal partners when needed. Minimum Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and three years of related professional experience. • Hands-on experience executing and optimizing digital, paid social, paid search, programmatic, or recruitment advertising campaigns. • Experience monitoring campaign performance, managing budget pacing, and making data-informed optimization recommendations. • Experience supporting branded content, employer brand, social media, or other candidate-facing marketing initiatives. • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience organizing, analyzing, and presenting campaign and budget data. • Strong analytical skills with experience creating performance reports and communicating findings to stakeholders. • At least one year of experience managing, tracking, or reconciling advertising or marketing budgets. • Strong organizational, communication, writing, and project-management skills. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder needs while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, employer branding, or a related marketing environment. • Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, programmatic media platforms, or job advertising platforms. • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management platforms, web analytics tools, or campaign tracking conventions. • Experience coordinating with creative teams, media vendors, agencies, or other external partners. • Familiarity with campaign tracking, conversion measurement, UTMs, pixels, and candidate-funnel reporting. Role overview This is a duplicate of the role we recently helped her fill. The position is an operator rather than a strategist, and Senner, Grayson is the model example of the profile she wants. Paid media is the core of the role. Ideal candidate Extensive, hands-on paid media experience. This is not an entry-level role, and she is not looking for recent grads. Will build and run campaigns that support recruitment marketing objectives and employer brand promotion. Her ideal is someone with both recruitment marketing and paid media backgrounds. If we can't find both, she is open to strong paid media candidates from B2B or B2C backgrounds without recruitment marketing experience. What to look for on resumes ROI and financial impact: the size of the budgets the candidate has managed, and any cost-savings percentages. Quantified results, such as money saved through lead generation or ad optimization. A data-driven mindset. If a resume has no quantified results or budget experience, the manager will not pursue the candidate. Timeframe
