I am hiring for an AI Systems and Automation Lead!
Are you passionate about AI, business automation, and finding smarter ways to get work done?
We’re looking for someone who enjoys exploring new AI tools, building practical automations, and creating systems that help a business run more efficiently.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of our AI tools and automation systems, helping connect different platforms, streamline workflows, and teach the team how to make the most of AI.

What You’ll Do
* Build, maintain, and improve business workflows and automations using GoHighLevel or similar platforms.
* Connect different tools so information flows smoothly between systems without repetitive manual work.
* Explore AI tools and recommend solutions that can save time and improve business processes.
* Manage and organize the company’s AI tools, accounts, and subscriptions.
* Create simple documentation and video walkthroughs so the team can understand and use the systems.
* Use AI tools to support marketing activities, including Meta ad campaigns.
* Help train team members to use AI and automation in their daily work.
* Test automations, troubleshoot issues, and make sure everything works as expected.
* Provide weekly updates on progress, results, and opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
* Hands-on experience using AI tools to solve real business problems.
* Experience building business automations using GoHighLevel or a similar platform.
* Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
* Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
* Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, easy-to-understand language.
* Good documentation habits, including writing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Someone who takes initiative, learns new platforms quickly, and can work independently.
* Reliable internet connection, backup internet, and backup power.
Experience Guidelines
* Around 3 or more years of experience building business automations is preferred.
* Around 2 or more years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience is preferred.
* Candidates with less experience may still be considered if they can demonstrate strong practical skills and working systems they’ve built.
Nice to Have
* Experience with Meta AI tools, Canva AI, or other AI-powered marketing tools.
* Familiarity with Google Gemini and Google Workspace.
* Experience creating AI agents, custom GPTs, or Claude projects.
* Experience developing AI-powered workflows that connect multiple business tools.
You don’t need to know every platform already. We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in AI and automation who can learn new tools quickly and put them into practice.
Work Setup
* Position: Full-Time
* Work Arrangement: Remote
* Schedule: US Central Time business hours, which requires an overnight shift for candidates in the Philippines
* Location: Open to candidates in the Philippines, South America, and India
