🚨 We're hiring: Video Editor & AI Content Creator | LATAM I'm looking for a talented Video Editor to join a DTC e-commerce brand backed by operators who have already built and scaled multiple 8- and 9-figure brands. This is not a "just cut the footage" role. You'll be turning raw UGC, product shots and AI-generated content into high-converting Meta ads, working directly with the founders and our creative strategist. What you'll own: → Editing performance creatives for Meta (Reels, Stories, Feed) → Generating ultra-realistic, high-quality AI images and videos for ads → Turning UGC, creator footage and AI visuals into scroll-stopping ads → Fast hook variations, iterations and versioning based on performance data → Captions, sound design, motion graphics and pacing that hold attention → Delivering high volume without sacrificing quality 🔎 We're looking for: 2+ years in video editing, ideally in paid social / performance ads Hands-on experience creating ultra-realistic AI content (Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs or similar) A strong eye for realism: AI output that doesn't look like AI Understanding of hooks, pacing and direct-response structure Proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or CapCut, After Effects is a plus A portfolio with both edited ads and AI generations DTC / e-commerce experience is a plus Good English 💰 $5–$10 USD/hour, based on experience and quality 🌎 Remote, Latin America ⏰ Full-time, US hours overlap If you can create AI visuals that people can't tell apart from real footage and edit them into ads that sell, I'd love to see your work.
