We are looking for a highly skilled consultant to lead end-to-end data conversion initiatives across Workday HCM, Financials, and/or Student projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead Workday data conversion workstreams across multiple implementation projectsDefine and execute data conversion strategies, methodologies, and best practicesDrive data mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and migration activitiesResolve complex data issues and proactively mitigate project risksCollaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure successful deliveryMentor team members and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycleManage scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectationsPreferred Qualifications:Current Workday Certification (Core HCM, Financials, or Advanced Data Conversion)7+ years of overall experience with 5+ years focused on Workday Data ConversionExperience with at least 2 full lifecycle Workday implementationsTechnical expertise in SQL, XML/XSLT, Web Services, VBA, and ETL toolsAdvanced Excel skills including Power Query, Macros, and Complex FormulasFamiliarity with Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, Beyond Compare, and related toolsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and mentoring capabilities
