We want you to enjoy working with us.As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will be a founding member of the team responsible for migrating our digital ecosystem from a monolithic Drupal architecture to a modern, Headless CMS environment.You will play a critical role in building a scalable Next.js frontend, architecting a centralized Design System, and integrating with a Headless CMS. Your focus will be on creating a high-performance, type-safe, and themeable architecture that can be reused across multiple client brands, ensuring a seamless transition while maintaining the highest standards of code quality and user experience.RequirementsReact: Strong professional experience with React, with deep expertise in React, with a strong understanding of hooks, context, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand).TypeScript Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of TypeScript to ensure codebase maintainability and minimize regressions in a multi-site environment.Modern CSS: Expert-level experience with CSS-in-JS or utility-first frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, Bulma, etc.) with a focus on Design Tokens and Theming.Design Implementation: Ability to translate Figma designs into reusable, accessible, and themeable UI components.API Integration: Experience integrating with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.Testing & Quality: Experience implementing Unit tests (Jest/Vitest/React Testing Library).Performance Optimization: Proven track record of optimizing React applications for performance, including code-splitting, lazy loading, and efficient state management.
