Cloud Data Migration Engineer Overview We’re looking for a Cloud Migration Engineer to join our team and support a high-impact enterprise migration project. The ideal candidate has strong experience in cloud environments (specifically Microsoft Azure), and is capable of executing data migrations while supporting basic infrastructure setup and configuration. Ideally, someone who has worked on system migration or integration projects in enterprise environments. The project involves working with an enterprise IT Service Management platform currently running on Topdesk, transitioning toward ServiceNow, with infrastructure and data being migrated into Microsoft Azure. This is a short-term engagement (1 month, with strong potential to extend to 2 months) focused on hands-on execution of a critical cloud migration. Responsibilities Migrate data from Topdesk to Azure-based environments Support setup and configuration of Azure infrastructure required for the migration Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy throughout migration processes Work with ETL processes (data extraction, transformation, loading) Collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders during execution and validation phases Document migration workflows, configurations, and key technical decisions Support transition activities toward ServiceNow Requirements (Must Have) Strong hands-on experience in data or system migrations to cloud environments Solid experience working with Microsoft Azure Experience with data movement, transformation, or ETL processes Background in enterprise environments or complex large-scale systems Ability to work independently in fast-paced, short-term projects Advanced English level (must-have for stakeholder communication) Nice to Have Microsoft Azure certifications Experience with ITSM platforms such as Topdesk Exposure to migrations toward ServiceNow Background as a Data Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or DevOps Engineer Experience in short-cycle migration projects (1–3 months)
