Requirements and responsibilities

Leading Business is looking for an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to join our team on a part-time basis.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Coach and support development teams in Agile and Scrum best practices.Remove impediments and help teams maintain productivity and focus.Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure effective backlog management.Track sprint progress and promote continuous improvement.Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.Requirements:2–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.Strong understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and servant leadership.Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams.Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.Fluent in English.To apply, please send your CV to: hr@leadingbusiness.ae
