We're looking for a part-time Marketing Operations Lead to join our small team at Healthy Seminars.We run continuing education webinars and courses for acupuncturists and integrative health practitioners around the world.Our marketing foundations are already in place — we have a strong webinar calendar, a marketing strategist, and systems like GoHighLevel and Jira set up.Now we’re looking for someone who loves bringing structure, consistency and smart systems to marketing execution.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys:building and managing marketing calendarscoordinating campaigns across email, webinars, and contentimproving systems and workflowsworking with VAs who execute marketing tasksusing AI tools to streamline marketing workflows and improve campaign performanceturning strategy into consistent executionThis is not a CMO or strategy role, it's a hands-on operations role with real ownership.You’d be working closely with:our marketing strategistvirtual assistants executing marketing tasksour founder for approvals and directionPart-time (15–25 hrs/week). Remote, ideally within commuting distance of Vancouver, BC.Particularly interested in people with experience in webinar marketing, online education, or CRM-driven campaigns.
