Read our story.About The RoleWe’re seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Senior DevOps Lead to take ownership of our infrastructure and lead our transition from purely external DevOps services to a hybrid internal & external team model. This is a critical leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and the ability to roll up your sleeves—30% of your time leading and mentoring a team of 9 contractors, 50% architecting and implementing solutions yourself, and 20% for high-level thinking and operational planning.You’ll report directly to the VP of Engineering and have an immediate impact on infrastructure stability, security posture, and operational excellence across our AWS-based platform.
