Our team brings experience from companies like Bain, ZoomInfo, Airbnb, FanDuel, Shutterstock, Compass and more.We are hiring an Account Manager to own and grow our event organizer partner program. This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded operator who can manage complex relationships, drive partner success, and identify opportunities to expand the value Vendelux delivers.You will serve as the primary point of contact for our organizer partner portfolio - managing data workflows, delivering audience insights, and working cross-functionally with product, data, and commercial teams to keep partnerships running at a high standard. This role is a strong fit for someone who is highly organized, analytically comfortable, and energized by building trusted relationships in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.The role reports to the Account Lead and is remotely based in the UK, preferably near London, with the right to work in the UK.What You’ll DoOwn and grow a portfolio of event organizer partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted adviserLead partner onboarding end-to-end, including pre-call research, live sessions, and follow-up educationManage the flow of data between organizers and internal teams, including attendee lists, segmentation files, and sponsor deliverablesPrepare and deliver audience insight reports to organizers, including attendee demographics, seniority, and intent signalsIdentify and drive expansion opportunities across additional events, renewals, webinars, and media partnershipsCollaborate with Sales to support upsell initiatives and deepen partnerships through sponsor and paid program alignmentOccasionally represent Vendelux externally at industry events, conferences, and meetingsWhat We’re Looking For4-8+ years of experience in Account Management at B2B SaaS or growth-stage startupsProven track record managing and growing a book of business, including renewals, expansions, and executive relationshipsCommercially sharp, with experience identifying upsell opportunities and translating them into revenueStrong analytical skills and comfort working with data, dashboards, and reportingHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple complex work streams simultaneouslyStrong communicator who builds trust quickly and can navigate challenging conversationsSelf-starter mentality - comfortable owning your process in an environment where not everything is definedFamiliarity with the events marketing landscape through experience or demonstrated understanding.BenefitsCompetitive base salary and bonusHealthcare covering medical, dental, and visionOccasional trips to our Manhattan NYC officeTwo company-wide recharge weeks: July 4th week and Christmas to New Year’sStock optionsNot all candidates will check all of the requirements listed above and that’s ok!
