This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and has prior sourcing experience supporting multiple open roles at once.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and engage large volumes of candidates for active hiring needsScreen resumes and conduct initial qualification checksManage candidate scheduling and interview coordination at scaleMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATSSend high volumes of candidate communications and follow-upsSupport recruiters with offer-stage and onboarding administrationEnsure a smooth and timely candidate experience throughout the processRequired QualificationsPrevious hands-on sourcing experience is mandatory in a high-volume or fast-paced hiring environmentPrior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be consideredStrong ability to prioritize tasks and manage repetitive workflowsHigh attention to detail and process adherenceComfortable working with high candidate throughput and tight timelinesPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting high-volume or operational recruitment teamsFamiliarity with recruitment metrics and pipeline trackingExperience coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholdersTools & TechnologyATS: Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similarSourcing & Scheduling Tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Calendly, job boardsCollaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google WorkspacePlease NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
