Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Operations, this person will work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, finance, and executive leadership to drive efficiency, scalability, and strategic execution.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. Responsibilities will span business operations, commercial operations, marketing support, and strategic initiatives—with a strong focus on leveraging AI tools and automation to improve workflows and productivity.Key responsibilities include:Building and deploying AI-powered workflows and automation to streamline operationsManaging and optimizing Salesforce data, reporting, and pipeline visibilitySupporting deal operations, pricing scenarios, and revenue forecastingEnhancing marketing operations, including segmentation, campaign tracking, and analyticsPreparing executive and board-level materials, including reports and presentationsDriving cross-functional initiatives and ensuring alignment across teamsIdentifying inefficiencies and proactively implementing solutionsThis role offers significant exposure to leadership and the opportunity to help shape how AI is embedded into day-to-day business operations.RequirementsBasic Qualifications:3–6 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, BizOps, RevOps, or similar rolesStrong analytical and technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systemsExperience working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, finance, and leadership teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create executive-ready materialsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesTechnical & Functional Experience:Hands-on experience with Salesforce (beyond basic user level), including reporting and dashboardsExposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot)Experience building or supporting data-driven insights, forecasting, and reportingFamiliarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make)Preferred Qualifications:Background in consulting (MBB, Big 4, or similar) or high-growth startup environmentsExperience in healthcare, healthtech, SaaS, or data analytics organizationsExposure to SQL, Python, or no-code automation toolsExperience supporting executive leadership or board-level initiativesAdditional Requirements:U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship available)Must reside in an eligible U.S. state
