Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.Position SummaryRavenvolt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead multiple construction and energy infrastructure projects from initiation to close-out. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and on budget.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and client representatives to ensure project alignment and success.Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery.Conduct regular site visits and safety audits, ensuring all work complies with Ravenvolt standards and industry regulations.Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.Identify and mitigate project risks, managing issues proactively and efficiently.Maintain all required project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and close-out materials.Foster strong relationships with clients and promote Ravenvolt’s values and reputation.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of project management experience in construction, energy, or utility infrastructure projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, electrical systems, and project delivery methodologies.Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, Primavera, or similar platforms.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to travel to project sites as needed.Preferred QualificationsPMP or equivalent project management certification.OSHA 30 or similar safety training.Experience with renewable energy, energy storage, or microgrid systems.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision401 (k)Paid time off and holidaysOpportunities for professional development and advancementCollaborative, mission-driven work environmentRavenvolt is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
