Requirements and responsibilities


Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls promptly and represent the company with a professional, friendly tone. - Make outbound calls to follow up on online leads and convert inquiries into booked appointments. - Schedule and manage customer appointments in ServiceTitan. - Serve English and Spanish-speaking customers fluently and confidently. - Accurately collect and enter customer information into the system. - Handle customer questions, concerns, and basic service inquiries with patience and professionalism. - Coordinate appointment details with field technicians and dispatchers as needed. - Follow up on missed calls, web form submissions, and online leads in a timely manner. - Maintain organized call notes and job records in ServiceTitan. - Take on additional CSR tasks as the role grows toward full-time. Requirements: - Bilingual: English and Spanish fluency required (spoken and written). - Clear, professional phone presence with a neutral or light accent in English. - Minimum 1–2 years experience in a CSR, call center, or customer-facing role. - Comfortable learning and working in ServiceTitan (prior experience is a plus). - Available to work 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday (exact part-time hours TBD). - Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace. - Noise-canceling headset required. - Backup power or internet solution strongly preferred. - Self-directed and dependable: able to work independently without close supervision. - HVAC or home services industry experience is a strong plus.
