We partner with brands to develop authentic media integrations and high-quality branded content that resonates with our curious, intellectually engaged audience.About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Brand Partnerships Coordinator to prospect and schedule meetings with marketing and media decision-makers at enterprise brands and agencies. This role is focused on building a qualified pipeline for advertising and branded content partnerships across Big Think’s platform.This is a highly autonomous role for someone who thrives on ownership, persistence, and building relationships from scratch, and who has experience operating in a media or advertising sales environment.What You’ll Do:Identify enterprise-level brands and media agency partners aligned with Big Think’s audience and editorial voiceDevelop and execute tailored outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage senior marketing leaders and decision-makersLeverage AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate prospect research, personalize outreach at scale, and streamline pipeline workflowsBook qualified sales meetings for the Senior Director of Brand Partnerships Maintain accurate activity tracking and performance metrics in SalesforceWhat You’ll Need:1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably within a media company, publisher, agency, or advertising environmentDemonstrated success prospecting into enterprise organizations and scheduling with senior executivesHands-on experience using AI agents and assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable tools) in a professional context — for research, writing, workflow automation, or productivityStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messagingAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, fast-paced environmentWhat We’re Looking For:Self-starter who takes initiative and builds opportunities proactivelyResilient and persistent in outbound prospectingHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughAI-curious and AI-fluent: comfortable adopting new tools quickly, with a track record of using AI agents to work smarter and move fasterStrategic thinker who can align brand goals with creative content solutionsCurious about media, content, and audience engagementComfortable operating with autonomy and accountabilityWhat You’ll Get:Work from home flexibility: We’ve been remote first since inception.Growth and mentorship: Join a supportive, collaborative team with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.Competitive benefits: Enjoy comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, 401(k), and more!Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Senior Director of Brand Partnerships.Salary Range: $80,000-$115,000
