This is a key role for someone who is hands-on, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounting operations, including invoicing and transaction recordingPerform regular checks and reconciliation of invoices, payments, and accountsMaintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure proper documentationMonitor accounts payable and receivableProcess and track payments, ensuring timely executionReconcile bank statements and identify discrepanciesPrepare monthly financial reports and assist with closing proceduresEnsure compliance with financial regulations and company policiesCoordinate with external accountants/auditors when requiredRequirementsMinimum 10 years of accounting experience (preferably in small to medium-sized companies)Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principlesExperience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar)High attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyFluent in English (additional languages are a plus)What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceStable and supportive work environmentOpportunity to play a key role in company operations
