Responsibilities

A leading client is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter. Work Arrangement: Remote. Location: Argentina, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, or Peru. Work Schedule: Full-time. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. English Level: C1. We are looking for professionals with experience in recruitment and selection to support high-volume hiring processes in the US hospitality industry. Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment cycle. - Conduct interviews and pre-screen candidates via phone and video call. - Post job openings and source candidates through various channels. - Coordinate hiring and onboarding processes. - Maintain up-to-date information in ATS and CRM systems. - Collaborate with internal teams to fill positions in a timely manner. Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, selection, or customer service. - Advanced English (C1 level) spoken and written. - Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. - Experience in mass recruitment is a plus. - Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as UKG, Paycom, or similar is desirable. - Availability to work with US teams and schedules.
