🔵 Requirements: ◽ Proficiency as a Virtual Assistant. ◽ Knowledge of Digital marketing is a plus. 🔵 Key Responsibilities: ◽ Calendar and Schedule Management: → Coordinate and manage the owner's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. → Provide timely reminders and necessary briefings for upcoming engagements. ◽ Document Preparation and Review: → Prepare, review, and edit documents, presentations, and reports as requested. → Ensure accuracy and quality of all documents related to operations and business activities. ◽ Meeting Preparation: → Prepare agendas and materials for meetings. → Coordinate logistics for both virtual and in-person meetings. ◽ Reporting: → Audit calls for quality control purposes. → Assist in tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).
