Zscaler is looking for a Sr Software Engineer to join the Cloud Quality and Reliability team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for functional and system testing of various features and solutions of the Zscaler cloud. They will also work closely with the Development, Product Management, and Cloud Operations teams to deliver high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Functional and system testing of various features and solutions of the Zscaler cloud - Participate in code reviews, analyze results, and contribute towards existing automation - Develop comprehensive test plans, execute manual and automated test cases, and identify root cause of issues - Work closely with cross-functional teams from design to release of the product/feature - Define cloud deployment procedures and monitors/alerts for the features
