The Accountant role will prepare and maintain financial records to track the organization assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities. As the Accountant, you will be entrusted with the day-to-day operations of the company's finance department. Responsibilities: - Oversee the preparation of general ledger journal entries, fixed asset tracking, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and bank reconciliations. - Accounts Receivable - Create and maintain process to manage AR collections - Accounts Payable - Audit and analyze monthly expenses Assist in preparing monthly financial statements - Assist with compliance in all the USA states, research sales and income tax nexus requirements - Assist with CRM system and run reports - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes - Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets - Take on additional tasks as assigned
