About the role:With our global footprint and hyper-growth, one of Snappr’s top priorities is to grow our Enterprise Sales and Marketing teams in San Francisco. As a Recruiting Lead based in our SF office, you will be challenged to find and attract the right people in SF and convince them to join our startup. The roles you will get to hire range from Enterprise AEs, Account Managers, and Product Marketing Managers to director level leadership hires. Your impact on recruiting and onboarding new talent will be the lifeblood that powers Snappr’s explosive growth and enables our clients to access on-demand photography worldwide.What you'll do:Help Snappr expand by growing our SF teamSet up and maintain a strong recruitment funnel for each position to meet growth targetsWrite and post job ads on recruitment websites to source talentPerform cold outreach to candidates via Linkedin to convince them to applySet up video calls with interested candidates to tell them about SnapprSchedule and coordinate in-office visits from candidates to meet the team for later roundsSell Snappr's value proposition to candidatesHustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job doneWhat you'll need:Solid experience recruiting for sales and marketing roles at hyper-growth companiesExperience in recruiting director level roles is a plusAdvanced knowledge of sourcing techniquesHighly analytical; able to use data to solve recruiting challengesA "let's get it done" mindsetThe ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them wellAbout the team:Snappr is the largest on-demand marketplace for professional photography in the world.
